Recently goat milk has attracted much attention as its formed into a state readily digested and absorbed.
Goat’s cheese, also known as Chèvre, it simply made by curdling the goat milk. The flavour becomes entirely different through the ageing.
We will also introduce Norwegian cheese called “Gjetost” (goat cheese) which is made from goat, cows’ milk and whey.
