There are about 250 kinds of cheese that we are currently handling, and we categorised according to cheese type.
Besides cheese, we also have butter, crackers and utensils.
Fresh cheese is the unripened cheese that its fresh flavour with slightly sour taste. It typically has short shelf lives.
As well as the popular "Camembert“, most soft-ripened cheese is creamy, and the rind is bloomy white. As the cheese matures, it becomes smooth, runny interior.
Some blue cheese is injected with spores into the cheese; it works to make the unique and sharp flavour in blue cheese.
Washed Rind cheese is bathed or scrubbed with brine or other liquids, such as brandy. That “washing” encourages the growth of the surface culture.
Recently goat milk has attracted much attention as its formed into a state readily digested and absorbed. Goat’s cheese, also known as Chèvre, it simply made by
curdling the goat milk.
The flavour becomes entirely different through the ageing.
We have different kinds of cheeses from various countries, types of milk and ageing period such as Parmigiano-Reggiano, Conte, Gouda. We accept orders for cutting and processing cheese.
We are currently dealing with processed cheese, butter, processed food and crackers and so on.
We introduce special cheese by Mr Hervé Mons who was honoured with the award “MOF” (best craftsman in France).
